Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Returns, exchanges (subject to availability) and Refunds are available for customers, under the following conditions:

  • We are contacted by yourself within 14 days of receiving your goods, requesting a refund.
  • Return reason is specified, and if faulty, the fault must be specified prior to posting the return.
  • The goods must be returned in its original condition. PURESUP will not cover the cost of shipping the returning item.
  • Pure2Improve will not cover the cost of shipping the return.
