Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Returns, exchanges (subject to availability) and Refunds are available for customers, under the following conditions:
- We are contacted by yourself within 14 days of receiving your goods, requesting a refund.
- Return reason is specified, and if faulty, the fault must be specified prior to posting the return.
- The goods must be returned in its original condition. PURESUP will not cover the cost of shipping the returning item.
- Pure2Improve will not cover the cost of shipping the return.
- Send returns to: Unit 2, Oldbury Park, Popes Lane, Oldbury, B69 4RG.
