Pure2Improve.co.uk will ship your parcel via UK Mail, DPD or the Royal Mail depending on the size of your parcel and where you live and will always be tracked by us until it arrives with you.
Both UK Mail and DPD offer a full tracking facility and should you pass on your email address and mobile telephone number to us at point of order you will be updated by the couriers as and when necessary by email and/or sms.
In the majority of locations within the UK, both UK Mail and DPD offer a window for delivery so you can plan your day around your delivery.

Collection directly is currently not available due to certain stock being held at our warehouse or with the manufacturer. Under special circumstances and depending on the product you can request a collection by calling the sales team on 01952 739 527. Please note, this option is currently not available on the website.
Our couriers do not collect or deliver on Sundays or public holidays. The couriers also do not collect on Saturdays. Working days are classed as Monday to Friday, please take this into consideration
